Use this page when the change should be made through /admin rather than through a deployment.
Content areas in the admin panel
The admin resources include:
- Blog Posts
- Blog Post Categories
- Announcements
- FAQs
- Roadmap Items
Treat these resources as part of launch and ongoing operations, not as optional extras.
Blog
The blog system includes:
Blog Posts
Blog Post Categories
Use this area to:
- publish launch or product education content
- organize posts by category
- support SEO and discoverability
Before launch:
- review post slugs
- review category naming
- remove drafts or placeholder copy
- verify any seeded content is intentional
Announcements
Announcements are the right place for in-product or account-area communication.
Use them for:
- launch notices
- maintenance messaging
- feature highlights
- billing or policy reminders
Before release:
- confirm active announcements are current
- remove internal-only messaging
- verify timing and placement strategy
FAQs
FAQs are especially important for first release because they reduce support load.
Use this resource to cover:
- pricing questions
- billing behavior
- account management
- refunds or cancellation expectations
- onboarding basics
Before launch:
- remove placeholder entries
- make answers product-accurate
- align wording with legal and billing policy
Roadmap
The roadmap system supports public-facing feature suggestion and voting workflows.
Use it intentionally. On first release, decide whether roadmap visibility is:
- part of your product strategy
- limited to curated items
- deferred until after launch
Before launch:
- verify all visible roadmap items are public-safe
- remove internal planning notes
- confirm statuses are meaningful to users
Ownership
These resources should usually have a clear owner:
- product marketing for blog and announcements
- product or support for FAQs
- product management for roadmap visibility
If ownership is unclear, content systems tend to decay quickly after launch. Last modified on March 30, 2026
